AssetMark’s primary business is to operate the AssetMark Platform, a managed account platform that is used by financial advisors and financial services firms, such as investment advisors and financial intermediaries, including broker-dealers, banks and/or trust companies to deliver investment advisory, asset allocation and back office administrative services to their clients.
