That’s why we provide salaried employees with unlimited flexible time off and provide hourly employees with 15 days of paid time off and one floating holiday annually. We also offer employees 10 days of sick time, 10 paid holidays, and a paid volunteer day every year, with additional time to serve jury duty, bond with a new baby or child, and more.
